This 4th of July brings us the The Amazing Spider-Man movie.  To accompany the movie Laurent Durieux created a beautiful poster. All who attend the IMAX 3D midnight show of The Amazing Spider-Man on July 3rd (the evening of July 2nd) will receive a limited edition IMAX print from Mondo exclusive to the 12:01 show at participating IMAX locations!

Shepard Fairey has a rocking new piece titled “Vive Le Rock”.  This piece measures 18 x 24 inches and is a signed/numbered limited edition of 450.  You can pick these up at Obey Giant on Tuesday, July 10th at a random time.

Every A Portrait of Capitalism print features a hand written name tag inked with Sakura archival blue ink, making each print moderately unique.

Tim Oliveira has got a brand new print dropping today that is just awesome.  The new piece is titled “Dea del sole” and is a tribute piece to the iconic Raquel Welch.  These measure 19 x 25 inches and three color screenprints.  First edition is 50 signed and numbered pieces, date stamped on back.  Plexiglass edition is 7 pieces plus 1 a/p, signed and numbered.  A/P edition is a limited number, signed and numbered, date stamped on back.  These will be available today, June 29th at 3pm (EST) on Tim’s site.

Mondo has teamed up with one of the greatest artists of all time to produce a screen printed version of one of the most classic film images ever illustrated.  Drew Struzan is an amazing artist and I think you will agree with his piece for “The Thing”.  Part of this edition was sold at the Summer of ’82 THE THING screening in Austin last weekend.  The remaining copies will be available today at a random time on Mondo’s site.   The piece measures 26 x 38 inches and is a hand numbered screen print.  Edition of 435.

Pretty powerful print we have going on here!  ”Empower Equality” is an awesome piece by artist Gilf.  This run contains 30 (numbers 10-40) of the first edition of 200. A beautiful new print print to welcome in summer.  ”Umibozu” is a fun new affordable piece by Jessica Pollak.  The image area of Pollak’s print edition measures 7″ wide by 5.35″ tall with a border by framing making the print roughly 8″ by 6.35″. It was printed by Tiny Showcase and ships with a corresponding certificate of authenticity. The archival artwork has been printed on a heavy 290gsm natural white printmaking paper made from 90% bamboo fibers and 10% cotton.  You can pick one up now by following this little link.
