Johnathan Viner has just put up four wonderful new sketches. Each is one of a kind and I’m sure they will go fast. Viner carries a stack of hand torn sheets with him at all times. He sketches in the studio, at home, on the subway, in parks, in cafes, and in bars. He often finds his drawings more difficult to part with than his paintings. So don’t miss out on this opportunity to get an orignal piece from Jonathan. Visit his store to see all four!
Ohio, KY – Art Print By Tommy Sheehan
The BLDG is pleased to announce its latest print release, available just in time to give those empty stockings some love! Straight from the streets of “bloody” London comes artist Tommy Sheehan. His newest print, titled “Ohio, KY,” is based off a photograph he snapped down in Louisville, Kentucky. According to Sheehan, “it just seemed so damn cheeky to have a massive Ohio sign in Kentucky. America’s visual irony at it’s very best.” “Ohio, KY” is a 3 color hand pulled screen print on 290 gsm cotton paper. It measures 34.75?x11.75? and conveniently fits into an Ikea RIBBA frame (thanks Tommy!). Each print is signed, stamped and numbered by the artist. A very limited edition of 40 prints was produced so snag one while you can at BLDG!
